Management is carried out by a board of directors accountable for the organization's activities and legal obligations, with directors required to register as beneficial owners in accordance with European regulations. A non-profit organization gains legal personality upon filing its articles of association with the Commercial Court, allowing it to engage in activities like leasing space and opening bank accounts even before formal recognition.
